Join Imogen on the gym floor where she will take a small group of members through the various principles of resistance training each quarter of 2026 focusing on a new area of resistance training. Showcasing programming methods for gains in strength to toning and building muscle throughout the year. By the end of the session you will have created your own tailored introductory program to strength training and learn how to continue developing your own program around your specific needs and preferences.
Members of any age and ability are welcome to join this session. Most of the session will be theory based with light demonstrations throughout whilst providing you an opportunity to try new exercises.
