Set in the relaxing surroundings of the spa restaurant, this interactive workshop is designed to soothe the senses, spark curiosity, and leave you feeling inspired.
Your experience includes:
- A refreshing welcome tea drink – Strawberry Lemonade mocktail
- An engaging tea education talk led by a professional tea mixologist, complete with visuals, stories, and expert brewing tips
- Guided tasting of up to six unique tea blends, exploring teas for sleep, relaxation, energy, and fitness, including matcha
- Hands-on, interactive elements such as tea games, tasting notes, and sensory exploration through smelling and tasting
- The chance to create and name your own bespoke tea blends (x3) to take home and enjoy or share
- A goody bag filled with complimentary tea samples
You’ll sample blends such as:
- Tea for Sleep: Deckchair Dreaming, Moondrop Dreams
- Tea for Relaxation: Deep Breaths, Good Calmer Turmeric Tea
- Tea for Energy: Matcha
- Tea for Fitness: Morning Kick, All Nighter
The session lasts 1.5 – 2 hours, with plenty of time for questions and conversation throughout. A selection of Bird & Blend retail teas and matcha will also be available to purchase in the evening, perfect as a treat for yourself or a thoughtful gift.
