  • Deadlift Workshop – “Power from the Ground Up” - Monday 24th November 17.00 – 18.00

Build posterior chain strength and master safe deadlifting in this hands-on- workshop. Focus on hip hinge mechanics, grip variations, and core engagement while boosting your power and confidence. Suitable for beginners and those looking to improve their personal best.
 

  • Bench Press Workshop – “Push with Power” - Monday 22nd December 17.00 – 18.00

Increase upper-body strength and pressing confidence in this workshop. Learn proper grip, elbow positioning, and shoulder stability, plus accessory exercises for chest, shoulders, and triceps. Perfect for women of all levels wanting to lift safely and effectively.
