Across three focused sessions, “Strong Foundations” is dedicated to improving squat technique and building lower-body strength, “Power from the Ground Up” teaches safe and effective deadlifting to develop the posterior chain, and “Push with Power” focuses on mastering the bench press while enhancing upper-body strength and shoulder stability.
Each 60-minute workshop combines hands-on coaching, expert technique guidance, and confidence-building support, making it suitable for women of all experience levels.
Wednesday 22nd April in the Gym: Squat Workshop – Strong Foundations
Perfect your squat technique and develop lower-body strength in this supportive session. You’ll learn optimal stance, depth, and bar positioning, alongside mobility drills to improve movement quality. Targeting the quads, glutes, and hamstrings, this workshop is ideal for all levels and will leave you feeling confident and empowered under the bar.
Wednesday 27th May 19.00 – 20.00 in the Gym: Deadlift Workshop – Power from the Ground Up
Build strength through your posterior chain and master safe, effective deadlifting. This practical session focuses on hip hinge mechanics, grip variations, and core engagement to help you lift with confidence and control. Suitable for beginners and those looking to improve their technique or personal bests.
Wednesday 24th June 19.00 – 20.00 in the Gym: Bench Press Workshop – Push with Power
Develop upper-body strength and confidence in your pressing technique. Learn correct grip, elbow positioning, and shoulder stability, alongside key accessory exercises for the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Perfect for women of all levels wanting to lift safely and effectively.
