A sound bath is an opportunity to calm the body, mind, and soul, experiencing deep restoration and inner peace. Sound baths use a variety of instruments, like Crystal Singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums and ting-sha to create soothing vibrations that promote a sense of relaxation, which is essential for our wellbeing.

*not suitable for those who have severe mental health issues, first trimester of pregnancy and sound induced epilepsy.
