27th July – For the new moon in Leo sound bath, the new moon is here to help us become our most authentic self. Helping us to realize our gifts to the universe that radiate out from our hearts. Helping us to live fully and completely from our heart.
31st August – For this sound bath, our meditation is here to help relax and sooth the parasympathetic nervous system. Use this sound healing meditation to help relax your mind and body, releasing any anxiety and stress helping your body to heal naturally.
28th September – Our Autumn Equinox sound bath will help us reflect on what we are most grateful for, what we are ready to shed and let go of, and how to slow down and turn inward in preparation for the impending Winter.
