You’re training consistently, putting in the effort, but perhaps you’re finding it difficult to maintain your pace, recover between efforts or push beyond the point where fatigue sets in.
Sound familiar?
The Breaking the Wall: Endurance Training Workshop with Imogen Amos is designed to help you understand what could be holding your cardiovascular fitness back and, more importantly, what you can do to build greater endurance and stamina.
We’ll explore the key principles behind effective cardio training – from understanding intensity and pacing to using intervals, managing fatigue and progressively increasing your training capacity.
This workshop is about training smarter, not simply training harder.
You’ll learn how to:
- Structure your cardio sessions with greater purpose.
- Understand how different training intensities affect your body.
- Use pacing to manage effort and maintain performance.
- Incorporate intervals effectively.
- Manage fatigue and recovery.
- Progressively build your cardiovascular capacity.
- Develop the stamina to go further and perform for longer.
Whether you’re new to cardiovascular training, already regularly hitting the gym or feel like you’ve reached a limit with your endurance, this workshop will give you a clearer understanding of how to build stamina, manage fatigue and break through your endurance barriers.
Expect practical guidance and hands-on learning on the gym floor, with the opportunity to put the principles into practice.
Less fatigue. More stamina. Greater endurance.
