Return Vouchers are exclusively available to spa day and stay guests during or after they leave their spa day or stay, as a thank you for choosing Champneys.
If you’d like to buy a voucher, please ask at reception before you depart.
You have up to 5 days after your visit to secure your return benefits. Simply follow the details in your post-stay email or pick up a leaflet in-resort to find out more.

Terms & conditions
Our loyalty Return Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase, after which they revert to their monetary value for a further 3 months and then expire. All offers are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and are valid on new reservations only.
The return voucher rate is based on standard rooms; room upgrades are at an extra charge. Voucher is redeemable for the goods or services stated and cannot be combined with other offers. Subject to availability and limited peak-time availability (e.g. school holidays and bank holiday weekends).
Supplements apply on weekend visits and solo stays.
