Led by PT Kim, this seasonal walking workshop series supports the transition from winter into spring, helping members restore energy, rebalance the nervous system and gently rebuild strength.
Aligned with Champneys’ four pillars of wellbeing, the series includes:
Nature Immersion & Sensory Walk to encourage grounding, presence and emotional calm during the quieter winter months
Energy-Boost Walking & Gentle Conditioning session designed to reawaken the body, improve circulation and support functional fitness as days grow lighter
Restorative Wind-Down Walk to release tension, manage stress and promote deeper rest. Thoughtfully paced and accessible, these sessions offer a nurturing way to move, reflect and renew as the seasons begin to shift.

Sunday 11th January 14.00 – 15.00: Nature Immersion & Sensory Walk
Slow the pace and awaken your senses with this grounding outdoor walk. Kim will guide you through gentle awareness practices that encourage you to notice sounds, textures, scents and surroundings, helping to reduce mental fatigue, enhance mood and deepen your connection to nature.
Sunday 22nd February 14.00 – 15.00: Energy-Boost Walking & Gentle Conditioning
Designed to lift energy without overwhelming the body, this session blends steady walking with short standing movements to activate muscles and improve circulation. Kim will focus on low-impact conditioning, balance and flow, making this an ideal afternoon pick-me-up that supports both physical vitality and mental clarity.
Sunday 8th March 14.00 – 15.00: Restorative Evening Wind-Down Walk
A calming walk designed to help you transition from day to evening. This slower-paced session includes gentle stretches, reflective pauses and relaxation techniques to ease tension, quiet the nervous system and promote deeper rest later in the day.
