Thermal Pool
The thermal pool has the unique feature of having Buxton mineral rich water flowing into the pool that is heated and left chemically untreated to allow our guests to relax and enjoy. Surrounded by original wall tiles dating back to 1924 when the Victorian baths were last refurbished and with an exquisite new stained glass canopy over the thermal pool.
Bio-thermal sauna
The bio sauna is a great combination of sauna and steam. The sauna has a temperature set at 60 degrees Celsius to give a comfortable experience for guests to enjoy a longer state of relaxation. The treatment stimulates sweating, thus allowing the body to expel toxins and impurities present on the skin and helping to improve its oxygenation.
Aroma steam room
Uplifting scents are channelled into the beautiful mosaic tilled aroma steam room is an ideal experience to be the catalyst in sinus tension relief and to help promote relaxation of the muscles and joints.
Ice fountain
The ice fountain is a refreshing relief after using the heat experiences to encourage the increase of the body systems such as the blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. The ice fountain is also can aid the look of a healthier skin tone and appearance.
Infra-red sauna
The infrared sauna creates heat and warms the body (rather than the air). Raising your body’s core temperature dispersing the heat outwards. This is perfect for guests who have a keen interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.
Finnish sauna
A large traditional Finnish sauna producing a dry heat approximately 80- 90 degrees Celsius to help aid in the relaxation of the mind and body and helps in soothing tight tired muscles.
Relaxation pool
A beautiful, serene pool with a midnight starry ceiling this gives the ultimate cosy atmosphere to be able to enjoy some tranquillity.
