All gift cards and vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase after which they expire and cannot be extended or refunded. No change can be given on redemption, but the balance will remain on the card until the date of expiry.
Spa gift experience vouchers can be redeemed at Champneys Forest Mere, Champneys Henlow, Champneys Springs, Champneys Tring, Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall only.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase.
Vouchers are redeemable from January 2026 onwards.
Last day for first class postage for delivery before Christmas is Friday 19th December 2025. Order must be placed by 12pm. Note this is recommended but not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
