This guided journaling and mindfulness circle offers a calm, supportive space to ground your energy, find clarity and reconnect with yourself. With guided prompts and carefully curated music playing in the background, you’ll be guided inward to relax, reflect and reset.
Whether journaling is new to you or already part of your life, this is dedicated time for self-care – nurturing self-awareness, regulation, clarity and inner harmony.
You will sit together in circle, with most of the time spent writing quietly to music. Sharing is always optional.
Bianca will share insight on what's happening with the seasons and astrological shifts too and we will journal with the cycles to build a stronger mind, body and soul connection.
Leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded, reconnected to your awareness and your Middle Pillar.
