Gift cards cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase or be used to purchase another gift card or gift experience, any orders will be cancelled. Gift cards cannot be redeemed against Black Friday offers, existing bookings, conferences, weddings, club membership, retreats, golf or Vitality bookings. Vouchers may be used to add experiences, such as treatments and classes, to existing bookings.
Valid for 2 years after which they expire and cannot be extended. Can be used at Champneys Resorts, City Spas, Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall. Gift cards are not redeemable against Vitality packages.
If you choose the mail option for your gift card, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 48 hours. Only gift cards of the value £250 or more will be boxed.
