This four-night fitness and wellbeing escape is designed to energise without overwhelm. Grounded in the Champneys philosophy, the programme brings together purposeful movement, mindful recovery, nourishing food and practical wellness guidance you can carry into everyday life.

Evelyn is a passionate fitness & wellbeing manager, yoga teacher, and holistic health coach with over 13 years of experience in the wellness industry.

Her background spans yoga, Pilates, barre, HIIT, indoor cycling, aqua fitness, and functional training, combined with leadership roles at UK's luxury spa resort, Champneys.

She specialises in creating energising, inclusive group experiences that challenge the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with yourself. With a strong foundation in movement, breath, recovery, and lifestyle coaching, her approach blends strength, flow, and mindfulness – always tailored to meet you where you are.

Beyond training, she's deeply passionate about healthy living, spending time outdoors, conscious nutrition, and continuous learning, bringing fresh, evidence-based practices into every retreat. 

Her mission is simple: to help you feel stronger, lighter, more confident, and fully recharged, while having fun and feeling supported every step of the way.

£100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. 

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break. £100 deposit will be refunded if the retreat is cancelled by Champneys.
