how DOES it work?
With a heavy emphasis on team interaction, boot camp activities offer the perfect balance of strength, endurance and stability training - inside and outside the resort grounds.
The programme includes pre-arrival support, talks, spa treatments and carefully crafted healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. You’ll take part in four to six exercise sessions per day, with boot camp instructors on hand to guide and motivate you.

Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
Retreat sold out?
On occasion, the retreat may appear sold out online. We may have reserved spaces available, which do not appear on the website.
