A Champneys spa visit is always a treat, with much to experience. While we believe it’s best enjoyed over a one- or two-night spa break to truly unwind, a spa day or evening visit can be just as rewarding when you need a quick escape. Each location has its own unique character, and facilities vary. Explore our world below – some activities carry an additional charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each subscription provides four (4) spa day visits or four (4) one‑night spa stay visits per person, based on the Original Spa Day or Original Spa Break package.
A single‑location plan allows you to book at one Champneys location (see individual destination pricing).
A multi‑destination plan allows you to book across multiple participating Champneys locations.
A Spa More visit is equivalent to one (1) Original Spa Day or 1-night Original Spa Break offered at the resort or hotel you choose (depending on subscription type). Please note that inclusions, timings, and package details vary by location and may be subject to change.
For full, up to date information about what’s included in each package, see the Original Spa Day or Original Spa Break pages. Treatments are not included and spa stays are based in a standard bedroom.
The joiner fee (£40 for Spa Day Subscription or £75 for the Spa Stay Subscription) helps ensure enough value is held on your account so you can book your first visit as soon as your first direct debit payment is received.
It is a one‑off fee and will not be charged again as long as you continue your subscription after the initial 12‑month term.
You can book your first visit as soon as your initial direct debit payment has been taken. This date varies by location. For Mottram Hall, the direct debit date is the 1st of each month, Eastwell Manor and Springs 15th and Henlow, Forest Mere and Tring 20th.
The subscription booking portal will launch in March 2026 – until then please contact us by email at reservations@champneys.com or by phone at 0343 226 2222 with your subscription details.
When paying monthly, we encourage you to space out your visits across your 12‑month subscription term so that your payments accrue in line with your usage. You may take up to two (2) of your four (4) allocated visits within the first six months of your subscription. The remaining visits can then be taken during the second half of the 12‑month period.
For annual payment subscribers, the full allocation is available to book anytime over the 12-months from the start date of your subscription.
A Day subscription can only be used for spa days at your chosen single destination or at any participating location on the multi‑destination plan.
A Stay subscription can be used for a spa stay, but you may choose to use your stay allocation for a spa day instead if preferred. Please note that doing so will use the full stay allocation, as stay visits are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

The Spa More Stay subscription includes accommodation in a standard room.
If you would like to upgrade to a higher room category, you can do so for an additional fee by contacting our Reservations Team before your stay by email at reservations@champneys.com or by phone at 0343 226 2222 with your subscription details. Subject to availability.
If several people in your group each have their own Spa More subscription and are staying in separate rooms, they will need to make individual bookings to attend on the same date.
If a friend or family member does not have a Spa More subscription, they can still join you by booking a standard package at the available rate via champneys.com.
A joint subscription option is not currently available, but it is planned for the future.
If you would like to share a room and use each person’s Spa More allocation, or if you prefer to book separately for multiple guests, please contact our Reservations Team, who will make the arrangements for each person by email at reservations@champneys.com or by phone at 0343 226 2222 with your subscription and booking details.
A return voucher is a discounted offer only available to purchase three days after a visit and can be used for a one-time return visit for a limited period redemption period.
A Spa More subscription is a flexible monthly subscription that allows multiple visits per year. It offers the best value if you plan to visit around four times per year or more.
