A Champneys spa visit is always a treat, with much to experience. While we believe it’s best enjoyed over a one- or two-night spa break to truly unwind, a spa day or evening visit can be just as rewarding when you need a quick escape. Each location has its own unique character, and facilities vary. Explore our world below – some activities carry an additional charge.

How does it work?
The option to include a 20-minute treatment to your evening for total relaxation and a little saving (at Mottram Hall, you'll have the option to add a 20- or 50-minute treatment)
Use of state-of-the-art gyms
Free sessions and classes, including gym intros, aqua classes, virtual classes, walks and talks.
Plus, up to 20 fitness classes each day

Until 9.30pm Monday – Thursday and 9pm Friday – Sunday at all resorts.
Until 9.30pm Monday – Friday and 8pm Sunday at Mottram Hall.
