This nurturing workshop is an invitation to gently release what no longer serves you, understand your emotions more deeply, and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity and inner safety.
Through the Middle Pillar Method guided journaling, soothing meditation and gentle self-therapy tools inspired by CBT, you’ll explore how emotions work, why they show up, and how to regulate and soothe your nervous system with compassion. You’ll learn practical ways to support yourself through stress, overwhelm and emotional intensity – tools you can return to again and again.
You’ll then create powerful personal affirmations and craft your own crystal bracelet – a wearable anchor to support emotional regulation, self-soothing and self-worth in everyday life.
This is a warm, supportive space for reflection, release and self-care, held gently and with intention.
