Elaine Povey, Registered Nutritionist at Nutritionwise Ltd, brings over 25 years of expertise in nutrition and dietetics. She graduated from King’s College London before moving to Australia to work at Monash University, the birthplace of the low FODMAP diet. Elaine has lectured at Glasgow and Loughborough universities, and through her company, supports the food and hospitality industry in training, product innovation, and recipe development.
Since 2016, she has also run a successful clinic in East Kent specialising in IBS, gut health, and hormone-related issues.
In this session, Elaine will share her insights on the gut–brain axis, guide you through making your own probiotic foods, and show you how small, practical changes to your diet and lifestyle can have a big impact on your gut health.
