In the soft glow of candlelight, this class begins with gentle Yin postures held for longer periods to stretch the body, ease the joints, and calm the nervous system.
The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation done lying down, where you’re invited to rest completely while following soothing cues that encourage mental clarity and deep relaxation.
No experience is needed – just come as you are and allow yourself time to unwind, reset, and restore.
