Come and join Denise from Roots & Boots Lifestyle for a 3-hour introduction to Eden Energy Medicine.
Included in this half day workshop:
• Learn simple techniques that you can use daily to help balance your energy. These include sequences of tapping on points of the body and gentle movement which can: increase energy -boost your immune system - support digestion -reconnect with your joy circuits and more.
• Enjoy a 5 element Yin flow yoga session and meditation suitable for beginners and beyond.
• Find out about your radiant circuits and how to re-ignite them and find your joy.
• Take some time just to be, soak up the beautiful surroundings of Eastwell Manor and enjoy some refreshments with other like minded members and guests.

Denise’s journey with yoga began in her late teens, sparked by a simple advert that grew into a lifelong passion for holistic wellbeing. Over the years, she has trained in a wide range of practices including Hatha, Yin and Chair Yoga, Chakra Dancing, Creative Meditation, Reiki, and Eden Energy Medicine, alongside her work as a psychodynamic counsellor.
Through Roots and Boots Lifestyle, Denise’s ethos is to build supportive communities centred on connection, self-care, and shared growth—raising energy and uplifting those around her.
