August – Pilates for Core Strength & Stability:
This workshop dives into the foundations of core activation, helping you build a strong, stable centre. Learn how to properly engage your abdominals and support your lower back through precise, controlled Pilates exercises.
September – Pilates for Mobility & Mindfulness:
Combining gentle mobility work with focused breath and mindful movement, this session will leave you feeling relaxed, lengthened, and more in tune with your body. A perfect way to reset and restore as the season shifts.
