Christine’s deep knowledge, unique insight, and personal experience in meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork show that these practices are truly available to everyone. She shares simple yet powerful techniques that open the door to self-awareness, deeper breath, and profound relaxation.

Her work has supported people in diverse settings – from corporate wellness programs, spas, and workplace wellness for CEOs, to forest school nurseries near her home. Christine promotes mental and physical wellbeing in a way that meets each individual where they are.

With over 10 years of study and teaching, Christine helps people master tools that can rewire the mind and transform lives. Her creative sessions weave together:
