Led by the highly experienced Claire Hanrahan from Free Spirit Yoga, this immersive retreat is designed to nurture both body and mind in the serene surroundings of our lakes resort.
With 4 yoga workshops, you will learn from a passionate and supportive expert who will show you how you can improve your physcal and mental wellbeing, through the transformative power of Iyengar Yoga.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to guide you safely through active asanas, breathwork (pranayama), and restorative poses that soothe and recharge, making this retreat perfect for beginners as well as expert yogis.

Arrival & Departure
- Arrive from 2pm
- Check out of bedroom at 11am on departure day.
- Depart by 4pm.
Treatments & Classes
- Add any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow. We recommend making any additional spa treatment bookings at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
- The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.
