About Sophie Gowen
She creates a fun, informal atmosphere that puts everyone at ease. Sophie's Signature Pilates fusion class focuses on the core, whilst simultaneously engaging every other muscle to achieve a unique, full-body conditioning work out. If you are looking to strengthen and tone your body, increase your flexibility, relieve back pain and feel completely rejuvenated, you have chosen the right retreat! Teaching a wide range of students with differing abilities, Sophie is experienced in supporting everyone at their own pace. She always bringing smiles and laughter in her inclusive, supportive and upbeat Pilates sessions.
In addition, Sophie is a highly experienced and qualified postnatal instructor and has a specialist interest in post-operative rehabilitation, beginners and postnatal Pilates.
how DOES it work?
Start the day with a healthy light welcome breakfast, followed by an invigorating wellness Pilates fusion class surrounded by the beautiful gardens. After a three-course light and healthy lunch, enjoy the afternoon relaxing in the spa and grounds with the option to add a treatment.
You will return home feeling calm, pampered and energised after a special day of wellbeing and self-care.
Terms & Conditions
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run.
Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
