Joyful Wellbeing Retreat Day
This joyful wellbeing day retreat is suitable for all levels and is led by Carla Williams and her guest hosts.
During the day you will experience an energising yoga class with the guest teacher, Kundalini Yoga for Joy with Carla to uplift your spirits and feel joyful. A hula hooping master class to connect with your inner child and have fun. A beautiful Yin & Restorative Yoga leading into a blissful Yoga Nidra & Meditation. You will leave the establishment floating out and feeling fabulous. All the sessions are optional.
This first session will focus mainly on an organic flow of yoga postures allowing you to move seamlessly from one pose to the next, using breath. The second session will focus mainly on Kundalini for Joy to release tension and add an element of fun to uplift and stimulate energy centres. Both yoga practices will be deeply nurturing and give you the opportunity to connect your mind, body and soul. The final part of the day we move to a deeper relaxing aspect of the day, with a nurturing Yin Yoga and soothing Yoga Nidra and meditation workshop to complete the day.
