About Janet
With over 15 Years Pilates teaching experience, Janet created Mojo Vitality in December 2011.
Janet brings a wealth of expertise to her classes, working in partnership with medical specialists and physiotherapists on hundreds of clients post-operation to rebuild strength and regain mobility and flexibility.
Introduced to the benefits of clinical Pilates in Singapore in 2006 following an injury in her 40’s, Janet embarked on professional Pilates training with Balanced Body when she returned to the UK, adding Equestrian Pilates, Pilates for osteoporosis, Pilates for scoliosis, Reformer and Mat classes over the years.
Anatomy based Facial Yoga and Gua Sha Lymph drainage techniques are the latest additions to her repertoire and she is excited to share them with you.
