4-day restorative yoga retreat
While it's available to everyone, this retreat has been lovingly curated to offer a sanctuary for those living with ME, Long Covid and ongoing fatigue, providing gentle, accessible practices in a peaceful and supportive environment.
Whether you’re on a healing journey or simply looking for a restful escape, this retreat offers the space and guidance to deeply restore.

Arrival & Departure
- Arrive from 2pm
- Check out of bedroom at 11am on departure day.
- Depart by 4pm.
Treatments & Classes
- Add any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow. We recommend making any additional spa treatment bookings at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
- The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.

Fiona Agombar has been teaching yoga for 20 years and Restful Yoga for Fatigue for 15 years.
this is designed to help people she heals from chronic fatigue, burnout, illness and stress. Fiona is also a well known author on this subject and considered an expert in her field.
It’s her life’s mission to support others, and whether it’s in her yoga sessions, trainings for teachers, yoga books or on retreat, everything she does is focused on core principles. These include very gentle somatic movement, functional breathing to help release tension and encourage the flow of energy (prana), and deep relaxation using yoga nidra. As we slowly and safely soothe the nervous system into rest and calm, true healing can begin.
