about fiona
Fiona Agombar has been teaching yoga for 20 years and Restful Yoga for Fatigue for 15 years.
this is designed to help people she heals from chronic fatigue, burnout, illness and stress. Fiona is also a well known author on this subject and considered an expert in her field.
It’s her life’s mission to support others, and whether it’s in her yoga sessions, trainings for teachers, yoga books or on retreat, everything she does is focused on core principles. These include very gentle somatic movement, functional breathing to help release tension and encourage the flow of energy (prana), and deep relaxation using yoga nidra. As we slowly and safely soothe the nervous system into rest and calm, true healing can begin.
