- You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
- The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.

about janet nash and kasia
Through teaching, managing, advising, and instructing, she has developed a passion for enhancing quality of life. Together, you will balance mind and body through Pilates, drawing on your expertise in the classes throughout the day.
Kasia and Janet have worked together in these past 18 years with 25 years experience, also dedicated to Pilates coming from a PE teacher background, has taught a variety of Pilates classes using numerous props including discs, bands, rings and weights of which you will experience on this retreat.

Morning Pilates session will strengthen, tone and mobilise, working on balance and mind/body connection, providing a full body conditioning and a calm mind, ready for the perfect spa experience.
Afternoon Pilates session will unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels, closing the day with a guided meditation
