reset yoga and spa weekend
This is your invitation to rediscover balance, energy, and calm through mindful movement, breathwork, and connection — with like-minded individuals and, most importantly, with yourself.
Led by Martina, a fully qualified and experienced yoga and Mat Pilates teacher based in London, this retreat is thoughtfully designed to support your body, calm your mind, and restore your inner peace. All sessions are suitable for every level, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
What Awaits You:
Your journey begins with a 90-minute Restorative Yoga and Meditation session. This gentle practice will help you unwind, release tension, and set the tone for a deeply relaxing weekend.
On Saturday morning, Martina will guide you through a 60-minute Mat Pilates session to build strength, enhance posture, and reconnect with your core. After a nourishing breakfast, enjoy free time to relax and enjoy the spa before reconvening after lunch for Gentle Yoga and Breathwork, a soothing and rejuvenating session designed to help you reset, and fully embrace the calm of your surroundings.
About Martina
The COVID-19 pandemic then prompted a shift to online platforms, where she built a popular virtual yoga community offering a variety of classes, including sessions for beginners, people with injuries, and children. During this time, she also completed a Children's Yoga Course, leading to successful after-school and morning clubs for children with additional needs. She believes believe yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, size, or skin color, and emphasise that it’s about being good to yourself, not competition.
