about rebecca, founder of GetCalmer

Rebecca has been teaching yoga for 20 years and is an accomplished Reiki Master Teacher with over 26 years of experience in holistic therapies.

Specialising in women's health and wellbeing, she creates safe, nurturing spaces through her unique blend of accessible Hatha Yoga, restorative practices, effective breathing techniques, and Reiki energy healing.

Rebecca's students leave feeling stronger, lighter, calmer and more confident. She also hosts yoga retreats abroad and, in the UK, and offers Reiki training courses and treatments.

Rebecca teaches with warmth, wisdom and authenticity – yoga and healing work that welcomes you exactly as you are.

There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
