This beautiful nurturing Wellbeing Retreat Day is suitable for all levels.

During the day you will experience different styles of yoga guided by Caroline or Becky. This first class with be a Hatha Yoga flow – Combining breathwork, Asana and fun! The day will also include two more sessions one blissful yin yoga journey and a deeply relaxing Sound Meditation session, including Ocean drum, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes.  

Set in the beautiful setting of Champneys Tring we will provide you with the opportunity to give yourself the gift of time and self-care whilst being in a friendly group:

• Learn how yoga can enhance good health.
• Learning breathing techniques to support a healthy mind reducing stress and anxiety.
• Relaxation techniques to aid a healthy night’s sleep.
• Specific poses (Asana) and routines to bring vitality to the body

about your teachers

This yoga retreat is led by Caroline & Becky with over 20 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry.

Caroline has worked in the fitness industry since 1990 and started teaching yoga in 2016. She became a sound bowl practitioner in 2023. She now teaches online classes from her home in Cumbria and in person retreats in the UK and abroad, including a twice-yearly day retreat with Becky. Her classes are inclusive, she likes to make sure everyone feels able to participate without feeling intimidated yet challenged if they need or want that. Taught with humour and compassion, Caroline loves to see people coming away from these events feeling relaxed and revitalised.  

Becky has over 15 years’ experience in the health & fitness industry. Her background was previously in freestyle dance from an early age, competing in dance competitions. Over the years, Becky has progressed to teaching fitness classes & the last 7 years Yoga, Reiki and Sound therapy. 

Becky’s work varies from massage therapy, chair assisted classes & online, she teaches a regular yoga class here at Champneys Tring!
