After the Pilates class, you can enjoy a healthy, nutritious and delicious lunch. In the afternoon, there will be plenty of time to pamper yourself with one of Champneys abundant spa treatments, or simply chill in the spa area or conservatory.
In the afternoon, a calming Yoga class awaits, with a focus on restorative and grounding Yin poses. These gentle stretches are designed to release tension, restore balance, and guide you towards a sense of inner peace. A guided meditation at the end will leave you feeling deeply nurtured and rejuvenated, both physically and mentally.
The Yoga will be designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups.

Arrival & Departure
- Arrive at 10am.

Treatments & Classes
- Add any other extras in the next stage of the booking flow. We recommend making any additional spa treatment bookings at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can also add fitness classes from our app after completing your booking, just search your app store for Champneys.
- The last treatment time is 8pm and last gym session is 8:30pm.

- A minimum number of participants is required to run this break. Should the minimum not be reached and the break cancelled, an alternative or full refund will be offered.

She has trainings in unique Dru yoga, a gentle and flowing style of Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga and Yin Yoga. Edith has been teaching yoga at London fitness and yoga studios as well as workplaces since 2009. Her teachings also include meditation and Yoga Nidra. She has been a yoga teacher at Champneys Tring for more than 7 years.
She is a caring and compassionate teacher, making yoga and meditation easily accessible. Students will leave her class with a sense of inner calm and serenity.
Edith has a passion for complementary therapies and offers consultations in Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle and in Nutritional therapy.
