About Sharron Miller

With an enriching journey spanning over two decades, Sharron has a rich array of experience.

A master mind and body calm coach (as one of the first people in the world to qualify as a calmologist) meditation teacher, chi gung and breathwork facilitator, reiki master, empowerment coach, and more recently, a menopause wellness practitioner. 

Grounded and down to earth, Sharron seamlessly integrates numerous meditation disciplines and the various forms of energy work she has studied into her transformative approach, drawing from years of dedicated self-practice and teaching.

Her unique style involves blending ancient practices with modern insights, ensuring a holistic and empowering experience for all. Passionate about making energy work inclusive and available to all, Sharron is committed to meeting individuals where they are at, whatever stage of their life path they may be on.

Whether through movement, meditation or coaching, she offers effective and simple solutions that seamlessly integrate into modern lives.

Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient two weeks before the start of the break.
