Put in the simplest of terms, the Wim Hof Method is a way to keep your body and mind in its optimal natural state.

For most of our evolutionary history, a merciless natural environment automatically did this for us: sub-zero temperatures, howling winds and hungry wolves kept our muscles and veins supple, and our minds sharp and clear.

Fast forward to today, and phones are exhausting our brains, while the rest of our body wastes away as we sit in toasty rooms strapped to stiffening chairs.

As a result, those natural defences are no longer on high alert. We fall ill more easily. We stress out, lose sleep, and wake up without focus or energy.

This fun, engaging, relaxing yet challenging workshop is led by Dan Hughes, co-founder of wellbeing brand Vitae Vi, Wim Hof Method Academy instructor and an Oxygen Advantage Breathwork coach.

About Dan Hughes of Vitae Vi

Despite facing a serious illness in his late 30s, Dan persevered, only to be challenged by the seriously debilitating effects of Long Covid in February 2022.​​​​​​​

Discovering the Wim Hof Method became a turning point in his recovery journey, providing relief from over-whelming fatigue, insomnia, brain-fog, chronic headaches and other debilitating symptoms.

Inspired by the transformative impact, Dan left his senior executive career to become a Wim Hof Method Instructor and Breathwork Coach in order to coach people how to make very simple, practical but powerful changes.

His mission is clear: to help others feel stronger, healthier, and happier by unlocking the potential of breathing properly, the power of controlled breath, a positive mindset, and regular cold exposure to improve energy levels, control stress and improve general health and well-being. With a personal understanding of the impact of illness and stress, Dan guides individuals toward unlocking their inner power, embodying Wim Hof's mantra that "You are stronger than you think you are."
