The challenge consists of 10 fitness stations designed to test your strength and muscular endurance, but rest assured, we haven't forgotten about cardiovascular work. Between each station there will be a 500m run.
The event is open to anyone & everyone, you can take this event at your own pace. For those competitive types among us, there will be an age weighted competition with prizes for the first 3 males & females.
Finisher medals will be handed out to everyone who completes the course.


Sunday 7th September
10.00 Registration opens for a 11.00 Start. Register 30 mins before your scheduled start time. (2 participants per start time)
Eastwell Manor Grounds (weather permitting)
£15 for members | £25 for guests. All proceeds will be donated to the Young Lives Foundation Charity
Please express a 30 minute slot that you wish to initiate your run from (i.e. 10:30)
Your donation / payment can be made on the day of the event by donating to the Young Lives Foundation.

Katelyn will take you through a 45-minute aqua class using woggles and focusing on the core.
