My goal is to empower you to make small changes that will support your optimal well-being, and help you become the healthiest and best version of yourself.
Nutrition is a cornerstone of optimal health but lifestyle, environment, sleep, community & support - all play a role in well-being. Looking at the ‘whole’ picture we can formulate the best personalised plan for you.
Sessions include a full case-history, wellness aims and goal setting, plus suggestions to help manage any symptoms and improve your health and well-being. You also receive a tailored diet and lifestyle plan with meal suggestions, recipes etc and nutritional supplement recommendations if appropriate.
I support people with a wide range of different health concerns including:
