In this powerful workshop, you’ll be guided to explore the thoughts and beliefs shaping how you think, feel and move through the world. Through meditation, journaling and mindset work, you’ll learn how to release unhelpful patterns, strengthen self-worth and nurture your inner world in alignment with your Middle Pillar.

In this workshop, you will:
- Understand how thoughts shape beliefs, emotions and behaviour
- Identify and reframe limiting beliefs using evidence-based tools
- Be guided by Bianca through the Mind Garden meditation to nurture your inner sanctuary
- Plant seeds with an intention to grow this year
- Create a personalised list of affirmations to support you beyond the session
