About Your Instructor
Helen Hamilton-Bradbury is the former National Personal Safety Training Subject Matter Expert for the College of Policing, with decades of specialist experience delivering personal safety and conflict-management training.
Since retiring, she has taught extensively across the retail, charity and housing sectors, as well as running women-only workshops nationwide.
Her teaching style is supportive, practical and designed to empower — not intimidate.
