This fun, engaging, relaxing yet challenging workshop is led by Dan Hughes, Co-Founder of well-being brand Vitae Vi, Wim Hof Method Academy Trained Instructor and an Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Coach.
Dan takes you through this steady, science-backed way to help your body & mind feel safe, clear, and capable again. This approach works with the natural systems you already have – your breath, your focus, and the gentle power of the cold – to support balance in your nervous, cardiovascular and immune systems.

Our Breath | Clarity | Cold workshops create a calm, supportive space to explore breathwork, understand that clarity of mind is built from within, and try controlled cold exposure. You’ll be guided step by step, with intention, focus, managed challenge and moments of quiet & pure clarity to settle into your body & mind. Core Energy Breathwork
You’ll be guided through targeted and conscious breathing practices and several rounds of core energy breathwork designed to calm your system, steady your mind, create new levels of energy and reconnect you with your natural resilience.
Clarity
You’ll explore intention-setting and simple mindset tools that help you stay present, focussed and grounded. The mind shapes how we experience stress, challenge and change. Through gentle awareness intention-setting and simple mindset tools that build mental steadiness, we help you notice your internal patterns and respond with clarity instead of overwhelm – allowing you to meet pressure with presence rather than reactivity.
Cold Exposure
The cold becomes a place to meet yourself. With clear guidance and full support, you’ll learn how to use the cold to build an unstoppable resilience, reduce stress, and support mental clarity, sleep, and overall wellbeing. It’s not about pushing limits - it’s about discovering strength through calm.

Health & Safety
Whilst we want as many people as possible to experience the Wim Hof Method, for health and safety reasons, the method isn’t suitable if:
– You are pregnant or breast-feeding
– Have epilepsy
– Suffer from high-blood pressure or coronary heart disease (or any other heart issues)
– Have a history of serious health issues (ie stroke, heart failure, kidney failure)
– Have Raynaud’s Syndrome (Type 2)
– Have recently had an operation
– Suffer from migraines (this is a personal choice as cold can sometimes trigger them)
Vitae Vi see to it that the Wim Hof Method activities are carried out safely and correctly by a Certified Instructor.
However, Vitae Vi cannot assess the health risks particular to individual participants. Participants are notified about the health risks, as outlined below and Vitae Vi point to their personal responsibility and advise participants to consult their doctor or medical practitioner should the medical questionnaire prompt any potential issues.
If you have any health concerns or any serious medical issues, please consult with a healthcare professional or your GP and contact your Wim Hof Method Instructor with any questions BEFORE attending the workshop. This is for your own safety.
It is ultimately up to the participant to determine whether they are fit to take part.
