This 2-hour workshop explores the unique benefits of incorporating strength and resistance training into aquatic exercise routines. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and individuals looking for low-impact yet highly effective training methods, this session will show you how water can become your most versatile training partner.
Key topics include:
- Hydrostatic Training: Learn how water’s natural pressure enhances circulation, stability, and endurance while reducing joint strain.
- Resistance Benefits: Understand how water creates constant, multidirectional resistance that improves muscle tone, power, and flexibility.
- Suitability & Adaptability: Discover why aquatic strength training is ideal for all levels – whether you’re recovering from injury, managing joint conditions, or seeking to enhance athletic performance.
This workshop is suitable for all ability levels but is most suited to those looking to avoid high impact training whilst increasing resistance frequency in their exercise routine.
