This January, Champneys Tring proudly welcomes Prof. Sarah Berry for a special live event: “Debunking Nutri-Nonsense.”
Recognised as one of the UK’s leading nutrition scientists – with appearances across BBC programming, government advisory boards and Jamie Oliver’s latest series – Sarah brings a refreshing, evidence-driven perspective to the world of food and wellbeing.
This intimate 50-seat evening in the Crystal Room at Champneys Tring will help you make sense of the latest nutrition trends, separate fact from fiction, and take away practical tools for a healthier 2026.
