This specially designed day is all about letting go of what no longer serves you and creating space for clarity, rest, and quiet reflection. Through mindful movement, meditation, and nature connection, you’ll release the old year with kindness and welcome the new one with focus and ease.
From grounding mindfulness practices and a restorative forest walk to flowing and yin yoga sessions, this retreat offers the perfect balance of movement, stillness, and reflection. Take time to reconnect with yourself, set your intentions, and leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready to embrace the year ahead.

During the retreat, you will:
• Set a personal intention – What are you ready to release?
• Take part in a 30-minute opening mindfulness practice
• Practice gratitude during a 60-minute mindful country walk
• Flow through tension and let go with movement during Flow Yoga session
• Spend some time relaxing in the spa
• Release the old during a 60-minute Yin Yoga session
• Finish off with a 45-minute gentle seated practice and journaling
Payment is required 48 hours prior to the booking. If insufficient numbers 7 days before session will be cancelled and refunded.
