Emma’s wealth of experience and unique, disciplined, yet light-hearted teaching style has led her to work with some of the world's largest companies, providing corporate wellness in the workplace.
As one of the most knowledgeable instructors in her field, Emma successfully promotes mental and physical wellbeing to all: from employees and elite sports professionals to schools and individuals.
Her creative sessions incorporate Hatha, Mandala Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to stretch, tone and strengthen every muscle in the body along with mindfulness and meditation to calm the mind, leaving you rebalanced, renewed and revitalised.
Her aim is to provide welcoming space, to facilitate and to help you find movement, in whatever modality and expression that may be.
