The sessions will give you a toolbox of movements, breathwork and information to take away with you to support you through this period of transformation. In Eastern cultures this transition period is viewed as the journey towards our second spring.
They will include a helpful discussion and information, a gentle restorative yoga session and helpful journalling techniques to support you to manage your menopause symptoms in a non-judgmental positive way. The practical yoga session will comprise of gentle and restorative yoga designed to calm the nervous system and manage menopause symptoms. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
- Saturday 25th April 10.30 –12.30: Menopause yoga
- Saturday 23rd May 10.30 –12.30: Menopause yoga for Hot Flushes
- Saturday 20th June 10.30 –12.30: Menopause yoga for Anxiety & Overwhelm
All sessions will be held in the Mind and body studio
£10 for members | £15 for guests
