A calm and motivating session to help guests plan their week with
intention. Includes guided prompts, goal setting, and gentle
accountability tools.

Your meaning of health
An introspective coaching workshop helping guests explore their
personal definition of health – beyond diet and fitness – and set
mindful goals.
