• Enjoy a 5 element Yin flow yoga session and meditation suitable for beginners and beyond.
• Find out about your radiant circuits and how to re-ignite them and find your joy.
• Take some time just to be, soak up the beautiful surroundings of Eastwell Manor and enjoy some refreshments with other like minded members and guests.
