autumn reset
As the seasons change and the leaves fall, we are reminded to return to ourselves – to slow down, reset, and look after both body and mind. The cooler days bring us indoors, and our gym is the perfect place to stay strong, energised, and balanced through October, November, and December.
Now is also the ideal time to think about the bigger picture: your longevity. Research shows that the daily choices we make how we move, eat, rest, and recover – directly shape not just how we feel today, but how healthy, mobile, and independent we remain in the years ahead. That’s why we encourage you to take stock of your wellbeing with a simple wellness check-up, making sure your habits support both your short-term goals and your long-term health span.
Pairing consistent movement with mindful eating and restorative practices will help you feel energised and confident as we move toward the festive season –ready for every moment, from workouts to celebrations.
We also have some exciting opportunities for you to explore:
• Soothing floatation sound bath workshops
• Relaxing piano evenings
• Celebrate spooky season with a woodland walk and a DJ party aftewards
• Dress to impress at our annual Christmas party
• Learn how to move better, recover well and live stronger with our in-house physotherapist, Josh Cornick
• Improve your swimming skills with James
Here’s to a strong, healthy, and uplifting end to the year and to building the kind of wellness and longevity that lasts well beyond it. Why not book in your wellness check-up with us and take the next step towards your healthiest future?
Warmest regards
Tom Johnson

Do you suffer from foot, knee or back pain?
A comprehensive gait assessment allows your Wellbeing Coach to determine if your feet are having a negative impact on the way that you stand, walk, run and move especially if you have foot related problems such as knee, hip and back pain.
The assessment includes a foot scan using the GaitScan Computerized Analysis. A report will be generated by the GaitScan software that your coach will review and recommend a treatment plan. Performance custom orthotics may be recommended as a non-invasive treatment of foot-related problems such as knee, hip, and back pain. They also may be helpful in treating bunions, corns, hammertoes, sore arches, plantar fasciitis, sore ankles, shin splints and more.
Look out for our next complimentary foot and gait scan day.
Subject to interest and bookings.
