Our Reformer Pilates classes combine precision, control and expert guidance to deliver a highly effective, low-impact workout that strengthens the body from within, supporting movement quality, health and long-term wellbeing. Using a specialist bed with springs and resistance, sessions both support and challenge the body to improve muscle engagement, alignment and overall performance.
