As we step into April, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all our new members joining the club.

We are delighted to have you with us and hope you will quickly feel at home as part of our community.

Spring has officially arrived, bringing with it longer days, fresh energy, and the perfect opportunity to embrace everything the new season has to offer. It is a time for new beginnings, renewed motivation, and making the most of the club – whether you are here to improve your skills, meet new people, or simply enjoy being active.

We are excited to be bringing even more to your experience this season. 

We are also planning to introduce new dance classes to the timetable, designed to lift your mood, get your body moving, and add a fun, social element to your workouts - perfect for embracing the spirit of spring.

In addition, we are looking forward to hosting upcoming retreats, offering a chance to reset, recharge, and focus on your wellbeing in a more mindful way. Alongside this, our popular Sound Bath sessions will now be running regularly each month, giving you the opportunity to relax, unwind, and find balance.

And that’s not all – there’s plenty more fun and exciting activities in the pipeline, which we can’t wait to share with you soon.
