Our Reformer Pilates sessions combine precision, control and expert guidance to deliver a highly effective, low-impact workout that strengthens the body from within, supporting women’s health, movement quality and long-term wellbeing. Using a specialist bed with springs and resistance, sessions both support and challenge the body to improve muscle engagement, alignment and overall performance.
Benefits include improved core strength and stability, better posture and alignment, pelvic health support, increased flexibility and mobility, injury prevention and rehabilitation, enhanced muscle tone without bulk, reduced back pain and tension, and a stronger mind-body connection. Every session is tailored to your body, goals and pace – whether you’re new to Pilates, returning from injury or looking to progress.
Sessions are available as 1:1 or 1:2 Reformer Pilates, or Reformer Personal Training for a more advanced, performance-focused approach. Suitable for all levels, including beginners, those managing injury or chronic pain, and pre- and post-natal clients.
