Couples spa day FAQs
What should we wear for a couples spa day?
You should arrive at the spa in casual, comfortable clothes as we’ll provide you with a robe and flip-flops to get into spa mode. It may be worth bringing swimwear with you if you’ll be using the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. If you’re planning on getting your body moving with a wellness class or personal trainer session, you may want to bring gym wear with you.
What’s the difference between a spa break and spa day?
As the name suggests, a spa day at Champneys is just one day spent with us to completely unwind and de-stress. You’ll be provided with a delicious, nutritious lunch and after a day of zen, you’ll leave us at 6pm.
If you’re booking a spa break with us, you’ll get the same treatment as a spa day but will also receive a meal in the evening and a stay overnight, giving you more time to enjoy our spa and indulge in self-care.
